My stay at the hotel was a mixture of highs and lows. The upgraded room I received was clean and beautiful, but it lacked space in the bathroom and felt a bit humid. The service, particularly from Sekar, Pande, Muliawan, Sandy, Ita, Bintang, Adhi, and Robert, was excellent overall, although one staff member was rude when I sought help with the dress code for The Rock Bar. The location, although stunning with amazing pools and activities, was a bit remote from the city center. The dining experience was pleasant with a good variety of cuisines available. Despite some drawbacks, the overall experience was positive.
